If you tried out 3 Step Acne Program and saw no improvement in your skin, you may be entitled for a refund under our 90 day money back guarantee. How to qualify:

1. Complete the Skin Assessment Quiz and purchase the 3 Step Acne Program option recommended for you, based on your answers. 
- The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid if you purchase the recommended bundle, which will come display on screen at the end of the quiz. This ensures that you're taking the most suitable program that is most likely to get you the best results. 

2. Take clear weekly photos to document your progress. 

3. Evaluate your progress after the duration of the 3 Step Acne Program and if there has been no improvement in your skin reach out to us via email hello@reboundskin.com.au
*If after assessing your individual situation we feel you would require a longer treatment this is what we will recommend and encourage. Because after all, we want you to get real, lasting results.

If you meet the above requirements and feel you qualify for the 90 day satisfaction guarantee, here’s what you need to do:

• Contact our friendly team at hello@reboundskin.com.au and supply your weekly time-stamped progress photos
• We will review your case and get back to you with our recommendations within 1-3 business days
• If returning stock, it must be unopened and undamaged in order to pass inspection and qualify for a refund. We cannot accept opened products.
• It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we highly recommend you opt for tracking for delivery verification purposes, as we will not be held accountable for items not received.
• Once items are received and passed for inspection, the refund will be issues. Refunds can be expected to take up to 5 business days.

 

Please note:

• To claim the guarantee you must have taken the 3 Step Acne Program as directed for a minimum of 6 weeks.
• The 90 day satisfaction guarantee is only valid with regard to skin blemishes and acne.
• Only the 60 Day Acne Program and 90 Day Acne Program are eligible under the satisfaction guarantee.
• We must receive your enquiry within 90 days of the date you receive your order.
• The amount refunded will be less the original shipping cost.
• The 90 day satisfaction guarantee is only valid on your first purchase with us. Repeat orders will not be refundable.
